 Portal 2 achievement could be linked to the Borealis and Episode 3

I only got Portal 2 for the xbox 360 and checking through the achievements discoved one that could relate to the Borealis in Half Life 2 episode 2. It seems a bit strange but it very well could link the two games, if so then Episode 3 could only be a few months away and this time you could be in the deep in the abandoned sectoins of apature science. Most likely fighting the Combine with the Aperture science hand held portal device. If so then we can only hope for this eventual end to the Half Life 2 story and the beginning of Half life 3. Also keep this updated with any other similar or similar information found.
